Design and Scale is the method that empowers designers in complex product environments.
Design at Scale™ is a combined knowledgebase that empowers designers in complex design environments, by clearly defining appropriate action and addressing existing challenges they face while scaling a design proposition.
Behind the Scene
We focus on added value to the end customer – the designer. The + is the main symbol, which represents the scale in linear and exponential ways. This brings the designer to the very centre of the product world – an empowered decision-maker that enables the team and the business to scale.
Motive
43% of product designer have reported that they do not feel represented in decision-making in their product teams – this single fact leads to anxiety and resentment of not being seen.
