Hi, my name is Jiri Mocicka, I’m a well-rounded Czech/British Product Design Director based in Prague/ Stockholm/ Tokyo/ Singapore/ Sydney , and London.
Amongst many others, I had the privilege of designing products and services for brands such as Sony, Samsung, Nokia, Sky, Jio, Goldman Sachs, Pearson, Unilever, NatWest, OCBC, LBG, and BNY.

What Is “Fractionla CPO as a Service”?
CPO (Chief Product Officer) as a Service — also known as a fractional CPO, virtual CPO, or outsourced CPO — is a flexible engagement model where an experienced technology executive joins your team on a part-time basis. Instead of hiring a full-time Chief Product Officer, you get strategic design leadership scaled to your current needs and budget.
A fractional CPO handles the same responsibilities as an in-house CTO: defining product strategy, making information architecture decisions, building and mentoring design teams, managing vendors, and ensuring your investments in design align with business goals and budget allocations to deliver expected ROIs.
