Hi, my name is Jiri Mocicka, I'm a Czech/British Experience Design Director based in Prague, Stockholm, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, London.
Amongst many others, I had the privilege of designing products and services for brands such as BNY, Sony, Samsung, Nokia, Sky, Jio, Goldman Sachs, Pearson, Unilever, NatWest, OCBC, and Lloyds Banking Group, to name a few.
Before founding GIVE™ and 9V™, I devoted my time to a passion for Design at Scale™ that profoundly impacts design delivery.
Designer by heart.
From my early career, I have always been fascinated by engineering and automation, which played a significant part in shaping my professional focus as an industry leader in product design development and design at scale.
Within the last decade, my passion grew into an experience that is now helping businesses to organise their proposition under constantly changing requirements and environments.
This significantly impacts the delivery, allowing design teams to deliver 2-3x faster than before. Building design systems and frameworks that are not just well defined but well integrated into the organisation and life as an extension of their brand legacy.

I was fortunate enough to define business opportunities and lead multi-disciplinary teams that solved global, customer-facing challenges for brands in Europe, South-East Asia and North America. I have contributed to opening RG/A offices in EMEA and APAC.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset helped me to open several doors and be part of many ventures. This led to setting up my own investment company reaching A or C-level funding by strengthening the design and operation function.
